Andrew L. Sandler is a strategic senior advisor to the nation’s top financial services companies. Specializing in regulatory enforcement, compliance, and litigation, he serves clients including banks, mortgage companies, credit card issuers, auto and other specialty finance players, broker-dealers, insurers, private equity investors, and trade associations.
Mr. Sandler’s unique blend of business and legal acumen has produced a demonstrated track record of successful outcomes for his clients. Under Mr. Sandler’s executive leadership, Treliant Risk Advisors has quickly grown into a leading compliance, risk management, and strategic advisory firm serving the financial services industry. Mr. Sandler is also Chairman and Executive Partner of national financial services law firm BuckleySandler LLP.
Luke Wimer is Chief Operating Officer of Asurity Technologies. He manages the daily operations of the firm and is responsible for executing its mission, vision and strategy.
Luke is an innovative executive with depth in operations, IT, finance, and product development, and experience building and transforming businesses. His strengths include translating strategy into execution, managing change, organizing and motivating teams, and building scale for growth. Prior to Asurity Technologies, Luke served as EVP of Global Operations and EVP, CIO for MoneyGram, International, a provider of innovative money transfer services that empower consumers to send cash, make payments, and load cards in the global marketplace. He also held the role of Principal at Thomas H. Lee Partners, the Boston-based private equity firm, where he oversaw changes in technology and operations in a number of the firm’s portfolio companies. Luke was also a Vice President at Capital One, where he managed IT strategy, software development and system maintenance for a wide range of corporate and financial systems, and a consultant for PwC where he spent 10 years in delivering large scale transformation, restructuring, strategy, and system implementation programs globally. Luke holds an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA.
Dr. Anurag Agarwal is the president of RiskExec as well as a recognized expert and a financial services industry veteran with over 20 years of experience in fair lending, Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA), Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), and related areas. Anurag oversees the RiskExec line of compliance technologies offered by Asurity Technologies.
During his career, Anurag has consulted with and advised large financial institutions in the areas of compliance, fair lending, statistical analysis, and regulatory risk management. Along with serving as Senior Advisor with Treliant Risk Advisors, Anurag also serves as President of the RiskExec division within Asurity Technologies. He is the main architect, designer, and developer of RiskExec, a leading web-based suite of lending products and technologies used by the internal audit functions of several top 25 national banks and other mortgage lending institutions. Anurag also wrote the statistical sampling routines which are used in the RiskExec software.
Mike Riddle is the president of Mortgage Resources Group, LLC., responsible for the overall operations of the firm. He guides the teams within the firm that develop and deliver “best in class” compliant disclosure and documentation systems to single family mortgage lenders throughout the country.
Mr. Riddle is the co-founder and managing partner of the Middleberg Riddle Group, one of America’s preeminent mortgage banking law firms and, in that role, has spent much of his 40 plus year professional career providing advice and legal counsel concerning regulatory compliance, enforcement and litigation to clients including banks, mortgage lenders, insurers and related financial service entities. He is a member of the Texas Bar, the Dallas Bar and the American Bar Association, as well as being admitted to practice before the federal courts in the Northern District of Texas and before the Supreme Court of the United States.
Mike is also an active member of the Texas and the American Mortgage Bankers Associations, has served as a member of the Board of Directors of North Texas Public Broadcasting (as well as co-chair of its capital campaign), and the Dallas Opera. He is a past president of the USA Film Festival, Inc. and, for a number of years, was the non-executive Chairman of the Board of Provident Bankcorp of Texas.
David Greenwood is the Technology Officer at Asurity Technologies. He oversees all aspects of the technology vision, strategy, and execution for the firm, ensuring our innovative compliance solutions meet rigorous standards for quality, security and resiliency.
David has significant breadth and depth of executive leadership experience in IT management, technical strategy, solution design, and technology planning, development and delivery. Prior to Asurity Technologies, David served as Chief Information Officer at Promontory Financial Group, where he had executive leadership over corporate information systems and business applications. David was also a Managing Director, Technology, in the U.S. tax business of PricewaterhouseCoopers, with a focus on leveraging new technology to deliver innovative products and services. Prior to PwC, David was a senior technology leader and business line CIO at Genworth Financial. He previously served as the Vice President of Architecture and Engineering at Federal Reserve Information Technology, leading a portfolio of application and infrastructure initiatives aimed at modernizing the U.S. payment system. He began his career at IBM, where he held a number of senior management and technology leadership positions. David holds a Ph.D. from University College London and a Master of Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Loc Khuong is Vice President of Finance and Principal Financial Officer at Asurity Technologies, where he manages all aspects of finance, leasing, treasury, risk management, financial reporting, financial analysis and audit.
Loc has spent more than 20 years in senior management positions as Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Finance and Senior Director of Finance within various industries, including financial services, technology, healthcare, pharmaceutical distribution, manufacturing and services.
Loc is a seasoned financial leader with an accomplished background in building corporate infrastructure, financial systems and controls, financial planning and analysis, and internal, external reporting, audit and private placement. He has been consistently successful as an internal consultant in linking accounting, financial, and analytical skills to executives to deliver solutions. Loc has international experience with successful activities in Merger & Acquisition in the US, Europe, Mexico, Latin America and Asia.
Loc Khuong is an Accounting graduate from Loyola University of Chicago, holds an MBA and a Doctorate in Accounting from NSU.
Jake Sandler is the Director of Strategy and supports the daily operations of Asurity Technologies to provide guidance on the firm’s key strategic objectives.
Jake has experience managing product, marketing, IT and operations teams while launching new product lines and businesses. His professional experience also includes strategy development, legislative affairs, media placement, and complex research and analytics within the public affairs and political advocacy sectors. Prior to joining Asurity Technologies, Jake served as a Legislative Associate for Smith Dawson & Andrews, where he developed and implemented complex federal strategies for a range of clients across the U.S. Jake also worked at strategic communications firm GMMB, where he advised senior executives by analyzing and synthesizing data that served as cornerstones for the development and implementation of national media campaigns.
Brett Lewis is the VP of Software Development, RiskExec. He leads design, development, implementation, and support of the RiskExec line of compliance technologies in addition to providing innovative, custom solutions for RMS clients. He has continually sought to improve the offering by listening to the needs of clients, taking advantage of new technologies, and integrating cutting edge statistical and geospatial tools and services.
Brett has spent 15 years providing software tools, service, and support to the regulatory compliance industry. In addition to his work in technology, he has worked with a broad range of institutions in gathering, managing and submitting HMDA and CRA data. He has also operated as a consultant and manager on numerous large-scale loan review projects for some of the nation’s largest lenders. As a programmer analyst for ERS Group he developed a work order management system for a major energy provider and a real-time simultaneously ascending auction system for commodities trading in addition to his work on multiple compliance products. He has also served as an IT consultant for numerous businesses in various industries providing guidance and support as well building and maintaining custom solutions for property management, energy trading, and retail point of sale.
Jesse Taylor is the Enterprise Account Manager for Asurity Technologies. She supports the RiskExec line of compliance technologies offered by Asurity Technologies.
Jesse has experience with large and small financial institutions in evaluating compliance with both state and federal regulatory requirements. She specializes in fair lending and servicing, including statistical analyses and file reviews, the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA), the Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering (BSA/AML) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) requirements. Prior to Asurity Technologies, Jesse worked at a large non-bank mortgage company where she spent time in both the direct and indirect origination channels.
She joined the compliance department to first manage broker licensing and soon expanded her responsibilities to company and branch license requirements, which included the filing of ancillary state regulatory reports. With the expansion of the Bank Secrecy Act to non-banks, she assisted in developing and implementing the company’s Anti-Money Laundering program. Jesse received her Bachelor of Arts from Austin College with majors in Business Administration and Communication Arts. She is an active member of Toastmasters International and is pursuing advanced communication awards.
Christian Cobb is the Enterprise Account Executive at Asurity Technologies. He supports the RiskExec line of compliance technologies offered by Asurity Technologies in affiliation with Risk Management Solutions, Inc.
Christian’s professional experience includes data and analytics processing, financial statement development, and reporting compliance for the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) within a variety of industries, primarily in the energy sector. Prior to joining Asurity, Christian worked as a Senior Associate at KPMG LLP, where he performed and coordinated financial statement audits for a variety of companies, both public and private. His focus was in data and analytics manipulation and processing in the context of transactional verification in the audit of financial statement accounts. Christian holds a Master’s Degree in Accountancy and a B.A. in Finance with a minor in Philosophy from Tulane University A.B. Freeman School of Business. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Eric Krichinsky has been working in IT for over ten years. His expertise in IT includes virtualization, networking, and security. Eric has worked in IT for the State of Maryland, Federal Government contracting, international nonprofits as well as private sector companies.
Prior to joining Treliant Solutions, Eric was the Network Operations Manager at a nonprofit and before that was an IT Operations Manager at MicroPact. Eric has a B.S. from UMBC in Information Systems with a concentration in Networking.
Su Ah Kim supports Business Operations & Corporate Strategy as the Operations Analyst. Engaging in a variety of initiatives, she assists all departments to increase operational efficiency and achieve key objectives.
Prior to joining Asurity Technologies, Su Ah was with the Financial Services Roundtable (FSR) where she gained experience in enterprise-wide operations, member relations and corporate social responsibility, working with the top 100 U.S. financial institutions.
Su Ah received her B.A. in Economics from the George Washington University.
Cole McCain is a Client Support Analyst at Asurity Technologies. He supports clients of RiskExec as well as users of other technologies.
Cole is a Client Support Analyst with expertise in customer service, troubleshooting and broad knowledge of computing resources. Cole graduated from Tennessee Tech University, focusing on Information Technologies.
Cole’s primary duty is assisting clients in the financial services industry with technical support for programs that offer regulatory compliance, statistical analytics and risk management insight. Cole is also responsible for coordinating with colleagues on various development projects.
Yvette Swanston is the Executive Assistant to the COO, Luke Wimer, by supporting business operations at Asurity Technologies.
Yvette has more than 30 years of experience working with C-Suite Executives and Senior Government Officials in various administrative roles. She has more than 20 years of experience working for various law firms including Gaston & Snow, Morgan Lewis & Bockius and Mayer Brown. Yvette has worked with Managing and Senior Partners on corporate mergers and acquisitions, registration statements, litigation, employment law and real estate. She worked for more than 8 years at the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) both on Wall Street in NY and in Washington D.C. Her role in New York included serving as the right arm to the Executive Vice President and General Counsel and working closely with the CEO, Board of Directors and Management Committee members. While at the NYSE in Washington, D.C. she served as the Budget Administrator, the PAC (Political Action Committee) Administrator and the right arm to the Chief Lobbyist and Head of the office. In that role, she worked daily with senior lobbyists and was the direct liaison for schedulers and staff on Capitol Hill and the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) and handled all public affairs matters and administrative logistics. Most recently, Yvette served as Practice Administrator for the Chief Operating Officer and as Executive Assistant to the CEO and Founder of Promontory Financial Group in DC.
