RiskExec has recently been updated to include the following enhancements:
BISG Proxies
The latest version of the BISG Proxy available from the CFPB is based on data from the US Census of 2010. However, the 2020 Census shows a dramatic shift in the population centers and hence the BISG Proxy needs to be adjusted for these changes. Upon inquiry, the CFPB responded that the data tables required to transition to a 2020 Census-based Proxy will take a couple of years to develop. RiskExec has applied the rules to build this data at the Census Tract level and is making the Proxies for 2022 and onwards available.
CAUTION: This is the RiskExec implementation of the new data and is currently only available at the Tract Level. All Proxies in RiskExec for data that is tagged to 2022 Census or later will automatically be geocoded and proxied using this new dataset. When the Census Bureau makes more data available at the Block Group and Zip Code levels, we will update the Proxy base tables. When the BISG releases its versions of these tables, we will convert RiskExec to use those.
