Fair Lending

Edit Dataset Name
Users are now able to edit the name of a dataset in the Fair Lending module.  

BISG Proxy
RiskExec has enhanced it’s BISG Proxy Method options.  A user can now select from the following:

NONE (Any Previous BISG Proxy Cleared)
BISG (Primary Applicant Only)
BISG (Primary and Secondary - Highest)
BISG (Primary and Secondary - Waterfall)
BISG (Use Secondary Only If Primary Fails)

Additionally, the actual final BISG Partial Probabilities are now available for use as filters and as factors in Regression models and are viewable in the record list.  RiskExec has also removed the option to select Income Proxy when selecting proxy settings.

CRA 

Reports

RiskExec has released the first set of Multi-Year Performance Evaluation reports based on regulatory agency formats used in CRA Performance Evaluations.  

 The new FDIC CRA Regulatory Reports are:

Lending Inside & Outside Assessment Area:  Number, Amount, and Percentages of Originated and Purchased Lending Types.
Geographic Distribution of Small Business Loans:  Number, Amount, and Percentages of Originated and Purchased Small Business Loans Less Than or Equal to $1 Million by Assessment Area and Tract Income.
Geographic Distribution of Small Farm Loans:  Number, Amount, and Percentages of Originated and Purchased Small Farm Loans Less Than or Equal to $500 Thousand by Assessment Area and Tract Income.
Distribution of Small Business Loans by Gross Annual Revenue Category:  Number, Amount, and Percentages of Originated and Purchased Small Business Loans Less Than or Equal to $1 Million by Assessment Area and Revenue Category.
Distribution of Small Farm Loans by Gross Annual Revenue Category:  Number, Amount, and Percentages of Originated and Purchased Small Farm Loans Less Than or Equal to $500 Thousand by Assessment Area and Revenue Category.
