The best part is the training sessions are recorded, so if you need to go back and review something again it is at your fingertips. After implementation, the customer service team is quick to get back with you and set up additional training or answer questions. Our account manager, Kelly doesn’t skip a beat in ensuring we have ongoing calls with her to ensure we are up to speed and understand the newest releases. We are extremely happy we made the decision to switch to Risk Exec. I just wish we had made the decision sooner!
