HMDA

ULI Generator - create Universal Loan Identifiers for applications.

If a HMDA LAR includes a group of loans that require an updated ULI, a user can now utilize this function to create an appropriate ULI for each record. The ULI generator will merge your institutions LEI to the application number and append the appropriate check digits to the record.

This function can be accessed from “Edit Core Data” in the application detail screen to generate a ULI for an individual record. Additionally, if a record already contains a partial ULI consisting of the merged LEI and application number, the “Add Check Digits” option will calculate and append appropriate check digits to complete the ULI.

The function can also be utilized from a list of applications to generate individual ULIs for a group of loans. This includes filtered lists of applications and lists from the edit check screens.
