Census
On July 14, the FFIEC released the official Census data file to be used for all submissions of 2021 HMDA/CRA.  We have downloaded the file and made all of the necessary updates in RiskExec.
 
Maps
Distressed/Underserved (OCC) Map Theme 
A new map theme has been added that shows the distressed or underserved nonmetropolitan middle-income geographies designated by the OCC, in accordance with the June 2020 rule, based on - (A) Rates of poverty, unemployment, and population loss; or (B) Population size, density, and dispersion; or (C) Banking deserts.
 
HMDA and CRA Modules
Additional Fields in Reconcile Duplicates Report
When you view the Reconcile Duplicates report, Loan Action, Action Date, and Loan Amount are now listed as additional columns to assist you in deleting the correct duplicate
 
Group Branch List Report by Geography
You can now group the Branch List Report by geography.
 
Redlining Analysis Module
Stack Ranking Report for Market
When reviewing the Market results of a Redlining analysis, the “Total Count” column has now been hyperlinked.  When a user clicks through, they will be able to review the count of each peer for the selected measure, ranked by variance.
 
Miscellaneous 
Exporting Coded Fields
When a user exports the record list from any module into an Excel spreadsheet or csv file, the code and description are in separate columns.
