RiskExec has recently been updated to include the following enhancements:

HMDA and CRA Modules

Add Comments When Deleting Records

Users now have the option to add a comment when deleting a record. To do so, click the down arrow next to the Delete button when viewing the record detail page in HMDA or CRA. Then, select Delete with Comment. The comments entered can later be reviewed in the Notes column of the Change Log report.

Branch List Report Updates

The Branch List report has been updated to display the Address, City, State, and Zip Code fields as separate columns. Additionally, a column for Majority Black Hispanic Census Tracts (MBHCT) has been added.

HMDA and Fair Lending Modules

CFPB Derived GMI Fields

The CFPB uses its own internal methodology for categorizing applications for Combined Race, Ethnicity and Gender. These calculations have now been added to RiskExec in the HMDA and Fair Lending Modules as CFPB Derived fields. They can be utilized in reporting and in Fair Lending Analysis. The CFPB logic can be found here.

Assessment Areas Module

Reports: Batch Processing

Batch Processing is now available in the Assessment Areas Module for the Assessment Tract Counts By County and Families/Households Below Poverty Level By Tracts LMI reports.

If a user runs Batch Processing on an Assessment Area Set, a report will be returned for each Assessment Area. For example, running Batch Processing on the 2023 Submission Set will return three reports, one for the Altoona MSA Area, Tennessee Counties Area, and Washington DC MSA Area.

If a user runs Batch Processing on an Assessment Area, a report will be returned for each Assessment Area Unit. For example, running Batch Processing on the Tennessee Counties Assessment Area will return a report for each of the four counties that make up this Assessment Area.

1071/SBL Module

Data Validation

The Data Validation section of the side menu is now available to users so that they can run data validations on their 1071/SBL files. Data Validations are a series of checks that run on the small business lending application register to ensure that the data entries are correct and ready to submit, meaning the data are both internally consistent and consistent with the syntax and logic specified by the Small Business Lending Rule Filing Instructions Guide. They are similar to Edit Checks in the HMDA/CRA modules.
